What the World Eats

Looking back at the timeline from Bittman, the way we look and eat food is changing every day. The first thing i looked at was the geographical location of a country and noticed that food culture plays a big role in what the people of that country eat. For example, China and Japan eat mainly seafood while The United States and Argentina eat mostly meats (beef). The reason i believe this is, is because China and Japan and basically all around water and the ocean, so what comes from the ocean is going to be a big source of their food consumption, while the United States is by water and the ocean we still eat mostly meats because of the farmland.
